Delivery area
We deliver to Austria and Germany.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time
Austria: approximately 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Germany: approximately 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
The stated delivery times are estimates provided by the delivery service and are not guaranteed delivery dates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Shipping costs
Austria: free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Germany: 10.00 euros. Free shipping for orders of 80.00 euros or more.
Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart and during checkout before you complete your order.

Carrier
Shipping is carried out by Österreichische Post AG. For deliveries to Germany, the Austrian Post hands the parcel over to a partner company for final delivery.

Tracking
After dispatch you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number.

Transport damage
Please report visible transport damage to us at wimpire.shop@gmail.com, ideally with photos. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by this and are not limited if a report is not made.

Adhesives and temperature
Our adhesives are sensitive to temperature and are shipped accordingly. In periods of extreme outside temperatures we may postpone dispatch in order to preserve the quality of the product. We will inform you if this affects your order.
